Where the magic begins
After almost 30 years fine honing corporate principles to gain desired outcomes, I’ve found the rules to be applied to any walk of life, any situation.
It involves timing, communication and imagination. And this is where the magic begins.
My own journey
Long before Life Mapping existed; before the corporate coaching, the leadership programmes, the training rooms and boardrooms… I was already studying the deeper patterns behind human behaviour.
For more than forty-five years, I have studied astrology, symbolism, esoteric philosophy, meditation, qabalah and the relationship between inner awareness and human transformation. Long before mindfulness became mainstream, I was introducing meditation, visualisation and reflective practices into coaching environments — although in those days, the language had to be different.
Corporate organisations were not ready to hear about soul, archetype, energy or consciousness so I learned to translate. Meditation became “alpha-state visualisation techniques.” Inner work became “reflective practice.” Energetic awareness became “emotional intelligence.” Spiritual alignment became “performance and wellbeing.”
And so, quietly, two worlds began walking beside each other throughout my entire career. One world spoke the language of leadership, resilience, communication and performance. The other understood symbolism, timing, emotional patterns, inner awakening and the deeper journey of the soul.
For almost thirty years, through Key Change Training, I worked extensively within corporate, public sector and educational environments, delivering more than 20,000 coaching hours and working with organisations including Adidas, Reebok, Ralph Lauren, General Motors and The Rank Organisation. But beneath every conversation, whether with executives, leaders, teams or individuals standing at major crossroads in life - the same deeper questions always emerged:
Why do I no longer feel like myself?
Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?
Why does achievement still leave something unresolved?
Why do I feel as though life is trying to become something else?
Over decades of coaching, one truth became impossible to ignore: real transformation does not happen simply because people learn new strategies. It happens when people finally understand themselves. Life Mapping is the point where those two worlds finally meet openly.
It is the natural integration of decades of professional coaching experience with a lifelong study of the deeper symbolic and psychological patterns that shape human lives.
Not fortune telling.
Not dogma.
Not prediction.
But a profound navigational system for self-understanding. The Life Map acts like an inner compass, revealing emotional patterns, natural gifts, cycles of growth, inner conflicts and deeper purpose with remarkable clarity.
For many people, this work arrives during periods of transition: burnout, reinvention, heartbreak, awakening, grief, success that no longer feels meaningful… or simply the quiet sense that something essential is calling from beneath the surface of everyday life. And often, the greatest relief of all is this is to finally feel seen. Because when people understand themselves more deeply, life begins to change naturally.
Direction returns. Relationships make sense. Confidence settles. Decisions become clearer.
The inner and outer self begin working together instead of against each other.
For many years, I translated this work quietly into the language the corporate world could hear. Life Mapping is simply the moment I stopped hiding the deeper map underneath it.
What I Do
Since 1998, I’ve worked across the UK, Northern Europe and Australia with individuals, teams, and entire organisations, often when things were at their absolute messiest. Dysfunction, burnout, chaotic dynamics… I’ve seen it all. And time after time, I’ve helped people turn their ship around.
