My own journey

I'm Suzie Sharpe, also known as The Navigator. For over four decades, I’ve helped people find their bearings and steer toward lives they actually want to live: lives rich with clarity, courage, creativity and purpose.
My journey began in the late ‘70s, when I discovered astrology, meditation and the expansive inner world they unlock. At just 23, I qualified as an astrology and tarot teacher with the Maat Society and began teaching evening classes. The impact? Minds blown, perspectives shifted, and a whole new path opened, not just for my students, but for me.
In my thirties, I went to university to study psychology and dived deeply into the mysteries of the human mind, including the shadows we avoid and the stories we cling to. From there, I began weaving together the ancient and the modern: astrology, archetypes and energy work, combined with psychology, Emotional Intelligence, NLP and Personal Construct Theory. The result? A one-of-a-kind approach to change and transformation that speaks to both soul and strategy.
Nothing is forever.
It used to be a thing in the good old days. A job for life. A love affair that lasts to infinity and back. Marriage and growing old together. BFF even…
But it’s changed. We’ve changed. Expectation is higher; what we want is more exact, more defined.
If things don’t match up to expectation, we change it and move on. If I don’t like the pathway I’ve been following, I rearrange it– no matter how painful, how difficult.
We used to reach a crossroads maybe once or twice in a lifetime. It’s something that happens now with alarming regularity. There is a solution; a way to gain successful outcomes – the way you want things to be.

What I Do
Since 1998, I’ve worked across the UK, Northern Europe and Australia with individuals, teams, and entire organisations, often when things were at their absolute messiest. Dysfunction, burnout, chaotic dynamics… I’ve seen it all. And time after time, I’ve helped people turn their ship around.
